At OhJaw, we are dedicated to delivering our facial fitness products to customers around the globe. We utilize a network of international fulfillment centers to ensure your order is processed efficiently and delivered via the fastest available air freight routes.

Please note: Our inventory is held in strategic international logistics hubs to facilitate rapid worldwide distribution.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We prioritize a balance of speed and affordability. For all international orders, we utilize Express Regular Air Shipping. We select the highest-quality carrier available for your specific region to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

  • Estimated Delivery Time
    ranging typically from 5–24 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.

  • Processing Time
    Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be picked, packed, and handed over to the carrier before shipping begins.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times can take longer than expected due to invalid or missing parts of address,wrong phone number, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

We do not offer flat-rate or free shipping, shipping costs is passed as is, We do not earn from the shipping process. To ensure fairness, shipping costs are calculated precisely based on the weight of your package and your delivery destination.

    You will be able to view the exact shipping fee for your order in USD at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
  • Currency
    All shipping rates and order totals are processed in US Dollars (USD).

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Transparency is our priority. Every single order is shipped with a tracking number.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

All Customs, Duties & Vat are added at checkout and are handled by OhJaw. OhJaw is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

6. DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Lost Packages
    If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact our support team.

7. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
