Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5-10 business days).
3. Shipping Costs
- Domestic Returns: We offer free return shipping on all domestic orders.
- Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at support@ohjaw.com. We will make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including any shipping costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, such as:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Personal care items (e.g., intimate apparel, beauty products).
- Sale items (Only regular priced items may be refunded).
How to Initiate a Return?
- Contact our support team at support@ohjaw.com with your order number.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely and include the original invoice.
