Consult a Professional Before beginning any facial exercise regimen or using our products, you should consult with a physician, dentist, or orthodontist, especially if you have a history of jaw pain, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, bruxism (teeth grinding), or dental issues.
Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that the use of high-resistance chewing products involves inherent risks, including but not limited to jaw muscle fatigue, joint pain, dental damage, or choking. Immediate Cessation
